Cancellations made less than 3 weeks before your Safari or will be charged a cancellation fee of 70% of the total reservation or trip cost.

To cancel your reservation, please contact our customer service team at info@marabora.com. Please note that refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to process.

Marabora understands emergencies and willing to reschedule your trip where applicable.
