Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start of your reservation will receive a partial refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of your reservation will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation cost.

No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of your reservation will be charged the full reservation cost.

To cancel your reservation, please contact our customer service team at info@marabora.com. Please note that refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to process.
